Jasmine the property manager is the most disrespectful human being that you will deal with. The attitude and unprofessionalism in her is a disgrace. She won’t help with parking decals you do application they dont reach out to you they pass you around, phone numbers they post not in service. They are a messy property management business doing dirty business practices with towing company to get tenant car illegally towed. She will speak to you like you beneath her. Very pleased with how this company handled association application process. Manager was prompt with communicating any concerns or questions I had.
Radford Place Townhomes in Irving, TX is managed by VALIANT and is horrible! I cannot believe the management company would allow such neglect to a property! The property manager is NEVER in the office NEVER, The property manager neglects all her duties as a PM and the emergency maintenance is non existent. Nothing ever gets fixed. The management company VALIANT please send help to RADFORD PLACE TOWNHOMES!!!!!
