I was seen at the time of my scheduled visits. I had two appts in one day and they were scheduled back to back. Very professional team. Very comfortable with the treatment given. Would highly recommend BMG.
Dr.Burkhard's staff has always been super receptive and friendly. Dr.Burkhard has always left me feeling confident. She has a way of explaining the issue at hand and never in a hurried or indifferent manner. She seems to genuinely care about my disposition. I 100% recommend Dr.Burkhard!

This was my first visit. I was very happy with the staff and doctor. The nurse who went over my health history and did my ultrasound was very friendly. Dr. Valerie Burkhard was very nice as well. I will go back in a couple months for more tests.
I have had Dr Burkhard for years. She is always accessible and thorough, takes the time to listen and answer questions, and makes sure the patient is satisfied.

She's probably OK for something straightforward that goes well and she does seem nice at times, and might be a really good surgeon. However, in my experience, she became impatient, didn't provide correct information, and made excuses and insulting comments that were unduly personal. Follow up is lacking and she doesn't seem to take a very good patient history or pay enough attention which causes problems. Does not appear to be someone inclined to acknowledge a mistake.
Interpersonal skills were terrific nurses and Miss Burkhard made me feel comfortable during exams Office immaculate procedure was done at the scheduled time no waiting. Very informative. I will recommend her to anyone.
