I had a cystoscopy. I have PSTD, and thankfully, everyone was so professional and gentle. Best part was I never knew Dr. was in my bladder, until she said you did great!! Never felt a thing, no bleeding, no pain. Thank you for a state of art equipment and state of art Urologist and staff!

I think Dr. Valerie is a wonderful doctor very personable, clear in explanation. I’ve never been unhappy with any outcome I’ve had with her. My only problem is laying on a table for well over 20 minutes with a very bad back (just had MRI a week ago) with my knees up, waiting for someone to come through the door. I also had to use the restroom and couldn’t. Someone should check with the patient when they are left waiting that long and believe me that long when you have to go to the bathroom. She is very friendly and made me feel comfortable and less nervous about the test I was having. She explained everything and answered my questions completely. I will continue seeing her for sure.

Everyone who communicated with me…Dr. Burkhard, my nurse, the receptionist…all were extremely kind, professional, and thorough in any type of question that I had. Excellent service all the way around!
