Dr. Burkhard seems to know her stuff with good skills. Down to earth and polite when giving info. about a surgery she would do for me. I felt good about her ability to do the surgery. But at my follow up visit she was not friendly. She hardly talked to me and didn't cover important info. I found out later. Delay in getting care. Her staff is nice.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Burkhard. It was a good experience. She answered all my questions, explained things in a way that I could understand and she had a friendly manner. Definitely would recommend.
Dr. Burkhard was so helpful and kind to my daughter who recently had a kidney stone. She explained everything to my daughter in an easy to understand way. She gave her teaching on what to change in her diet and other helpful tips. My daughter had been nervous prior to the appointment and Dr. Burkhard and her staff were wonderful and put her at ease. She is an awesome doctor and I would most definitely refer her to anyone who is looking for a urologist.

The staff was welcoming and introduced themselves, and the office was very clean. Dr. Burkhard was professional and explained everything in a manner a layperson could understand. She explained my options to me and the subsequent procedure went smoothly. As a patient and a health care professional, I highly recommend Dr. Burkhard.
