Professional and caring
The check in process was easy and I was taken into the office almost immediately. I was prepared for my procedure and didn’t spend any substantial time waiting. Dr. Burkhard and her staff are friendly, efficient & approachable. I have already recommended Dr. Burkhard to several friends & relatives.
Waiting period was very acceptable, not long at all. Megan called me in & took my vitals, she was very pleasant. Let me know that Dr Burkhard would be in shortly and she was maybe 15-20 minutes. Dr. Burkhard was her usual self- friendly and understanding.
Very disappointed with this doctor, called to get my daughter seen for issues she is having and SHE wanted to see a female for personal reasons for her. She saw a different doctor a couple of years ago and did not like him and so I called to get her an appointment with Dr. Burkard. I was told to have her records faxed over. I called the other place they faxed right over and I went to the portal of her pediatrician and forwarded their information on her. Dr Burkhard took good care of me for my emergency kidney stone surgery and all through out my aftercare. She was timeley kind, gentle, compassionate and professional. The information and advise I was given has enabled me to keep myself kidney stone free for 2 years now.
This was my very first time going to see a Urologist and wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Burkhard was so personable as well as professional. She was very thorough and took a lot of time answering my questions. I am grateful that my doctor recommended Dr. Burkhard regarding my health issues!
