I had my hair done by Katie Gilbert on 03/21, and on a short notice! I have to say not only was the experience AMAZING, but my hair turned out fabulous for my wedding day! My daughter was with me, and they were so attentive to her, and even curled her hair. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. My hair has never looked better. �
I initially had a negative experience at Urban Salon and was adamant about not going back. A manager reached out to me and asked if I’d be willing to let someone fix my hair and I agreed. I cannot explain how amazing my second experience was, it was a complete 180. Ashley did my hair perfectly and no it wasn’t what I wanted, it was even better than what I wanted! Walked in seeing if they could work me in. Alison had an opening and totally hooked my hair up. She did a great job, i love my cut and highlight so much.
Came in as a walk in for a hair cut. I had never been here before. Everyone was very welcoming. They booked me with Ali R. She was awesome! She was very sociable, took her time shampooing, conditioning and giving me a mini facial (much appreciated since I am 38 weeks pregnant). She also walked through every step of cutting my hair to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it done, then spent the time to blow dry and style it. I took my girls in the other day for back to school haircuts. Sam and Ashley did an awesome job. The girls are going to look so cute for school. I decided to go from really long to a short layered cut. Sam did an awesome job. We will be going back for our next haircuts.
