Definitely worth the 5 stars. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I had an appt today with Melissa Pfohl and she was very kind and took great care in her work! I will definitely be a returning Melissa customer.

In my opinion by far the best salon in Cincinnati. I have been coming here for a few years now and am always thrilled with my hair when I leave. My stylist Megan always taking whatever I'm describing I want done and making it a reality. Along with doing beautiful hair she is always so much fun to talk with. The staff is always warm and friendly. Highly recommend!
