I'm not one to critique low ratings, however potential clients of this salon need to be warned. We love our hair stylist, Ashley Wagner, however this is the 4th time we have encountered scheduling problems. We've been clients of Valenti for many many years. They have twice inputted the incorrect date and twice scheduled us with a different hair stylist than the one planned. I think Ashley is very professional and very kind. This is not her fault. Samantha Marcus is the BEST. She listens, and gives advice as to if what you "want" will work. She is an amazing stylist and colorist. LOVE her.

Allison is amazing!! My hair is extremely thick and heavy and she takes her time to not only be creative (I'm the kind of customer who says work your magic to make me feel gorgeous) and she doesn't miss a beat! Her warm personality and kindness made me keep coming back! My favorite part is the hair washing and mini facial! No matter how stressed, Allison reminds me of my momma when she washed my hair as a little girl! She melts the stress and craziness away! I highly recommend Allison at the Wooster location!

Ashley Mayborg is a phenomenal stylist! My color always looks bright and fresh.
