Dealer replayed to my email, but has still not answered my questions. Hopefully they will give me the feedback soon, it has been more than 4 weeks waiting, should not be nessesary to wait that long for a few simple quest*s.

I am sorry that you feel we did not answer your question but we most certianly did state that we can not sell a car to someone shipping it out of the country. Your original request for information came to us on Sunday 7/22. We are not open on Sunday so Monday at 9:21am we responded letting you know that as a Volvo dealer, we can not sell a new car if it is going to be shipped out of the country. Valenti was great but would not use car gurus again. They leave a lot to be desired.

Communicated poorly and sold the car out from under me while I was already on my way to check it out.
Quick response
In my initial contact, through CarGurus, I asked for: 1- The CarFax (since a 1 year old car has less than 4,600 miles on it). 2- How much $$ difference a CEL makes in my car's trade-in value (details given). I got neither, but only an attempt to get me to take a test drive.
Very helpful and smooth experience
First attempt last month got no response. Perhaps an email glitch. I was not in any rush so it worked out great. Very prompt response on the second try. They responded with the exact options I was concerned about. It turns out they have some that I need, but not all. Saving this as possible if nothing else pans out.
