Went to see a car that was very different from what the pictures looked like and the car wasn't even for sale

Finance director was bundling additional packages without my knowledge, despite being very clear as to what I wanted to include in the financing of the car. He also stated numerous times the service policy I was 5k miles or every 6 months, which is absolutely not true. After he offered a horrible financing rate, despite a very strong credit score, I explained my local credit union would be who I wanted to use. Excellent follow up by their employee Scarleth. Very good experience with this dealer.
No response to my proposed suggestion to further an online sale without my going to dealership. Instead they just lowered the price, hence losing money. Makes no sense.

As far as dealers go, I had a good experience. Everything was straightforward. I was not pushed on the extended warranty extras for purchasing when buying a used car. I told them upfront I wanted as is. Was given ample time to drive the car and inspect to my liking. All in all pleasant, was pleasant. I would do 4.5 stars plus. The deal I got was respectable, all in all I waited nine months for the right golf r. And so far, happy

Overall, a good experience. My salesman, Brendan, was excellent—knowledgeable, helpful, and definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The only reason I’m giving the dealership 4 stars is because of a minor glitch in the loan paperwork that caused a two-hour delay when picking up my vehicle. Also, I noticed a brake light bulb was out and had to replace it myself. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase and the way I was treated.
