Wow... great dealer if you enjoy bait and switch, bullying, and mansplaining. Lots of communication with seemingly very helpful internet manager Danya. Patiently answered many questions, came to understanding on a good price ($1,500 MORE than another dealer for exact same car but in the color wife wanted). Had to work, but wife went to test drive and finalize the deal. I'm glad I listened to a friend and gave them a second chance. Though the original salesman insulted me, my experience there went very well after reaching out to management. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the car I wanted, but the staff did all that they could to find me a similar model. What made me smile was the incentives they were adding to give me more bang for my buck. Though I didn't end up purchasing from them this time, I will surely keep them in mind when I'm in the market for a new car. My only reason for 4/5... read more
I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. The dealer was quick to respond to my inquiry and my salesperson Michael was very helpful with directions to their location. The car was clean and ready for my test-driven and everyone at Valenti Volvo was friendly and accommodating as well as polite and respectful.
