My father brought his Cadillac, which is under warranty, and has had the worst treatment ever. I spent 30 minutes of my day on the phone with their “corporate” office today. Promised a call back; never happened. My father’s car is still not fixed. He has no loaner still. Their best recommendation to date? ... call GM and complain. Not acceptable.

The customer service here is phenomenal. A customer can be anywhere during the day, so if then come to Dan Vaden Chevrolet in Savannah, their time is highly valuable and appreciated. The salesmen there are very honest and sincere.

There's nothing I wouldn't recommend they're just awesome
Worst customer service My husband & I have ever received from a dealership! Sales team did not call us back as they said they would. Then manager called trying to smooth everything out, which was great. Then once we have a little confidence in the customer service again we go to dealership. ONLY to be ignored for an hour and a half. Then we start to drive off, and my husband turned around to give ONE more chance... only to feel as if they are trying to get rid of him. Worst experience ever!
