Trying to get a resolution to an issue with the Brunswick location is not even an option. Trying to get someone in Savannah to assist please. I have tried reaching a general manager over the company. Can someone please help?? I will be glad to discuss the issues if someone will give me a name and number or message me for my number.
Poor customer service when dealing with the service department. Lack of communication and rude front desk agents. Theresa decided to insert herself in my conversation with another agent (he was doing just fine and might I add very respectful). She attempted to whisper that I needed to hush!!! Thank you Theresa...count this family out! We will visit our local Chevrolet dealership going forward.
My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles from Dan Vaden in May 2020. They were a 2020 Equinox and a 2019 Silverado. My husband’s vehicle started to act up in February 2021. Since then the vehicle has gone back to Dan Vaden in March and April 2021. The vehicle doesn’t have but 12,000 and it wouldn’t start. Dan Vaden failed to correct the problem and the customer service of Robert sucks. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them because they do not stand behind what they sell nor do they strive for customer satisfaction.... read more

Very dissatisfied Customer ‼️My Company Truck Has Been To This So Called Service Department With Certified Mechanics Working On It 4 times with a Weeks Time Span Multiple Things Replaced Based Off Their Diagnostic 1500+ Gone Done The Drain And Yet The Issue I Went In For Still Persists ‼️
Slick willies when coming to deal with. I will never trust these people again. I wish I could tell Jan some of the BS and lies I have been thru. They run thru the paperwork like a race car only pointing out highlights they need to cover. They have a statement of having no cooling off period if you changed your mind and cannot back out of the deal even if it has NOT been funded nor you have driven or taken delivery of it yet. The absolute worse customer service ever!!! Service advisor Robert needs to have customer service training and a job evaluation ASAP. Didn’t even care to hear my concerns about my horrible experience. Wouldn’t ever go back even if my service was free....
