Great place, great people!
They need a Self Help Desk to get allergy medicine, acid reducers, throat lozenges, etc. Simple things that you dont need a doctor for that take up and waste thier time and yours.

How can you knowingly put a patients apt out for two months when they need surgery? Is he supposed to wait till his appendix bursts before he gets the treatment he needs?? This has been on going for months trying to just get answers, then once he finally after 5 CT Scans and multiple labs is told his appendix needs to come out, but we have to send you here first to see the dr. They were all so wonderful. Took my husband to the VA emergency. We did not have to Wait they got him in ASAP were so concerned, caring, took fantastic care of him. He was very sick. They had no bed for him to stay in the hospital at VA, so they got ambulance and took us to So meadows Renown hospital. Another great hospital. I’m very impressed with our VA hospital, Emergency drs. nurses and staff were outstanding. Our military and Veterans deserve the very best of respect and care.
