Recommendedall facilities are state uf the art. fast service...they really take of all veterans
at the end of the day, you have to learn to be your own advocate. the great thing is that there are ppl that are willing to take that extra step to help you along the way. there are always going to be those that do the minimum, but try not to take it personally... pray for them. 😁
We need work..and we’re getting close to were we should be as far as service goes
So this is rather limited opinion option of recommend or no. Never had a bad experience here until this stay. Six days in ICU with staff not knowing what each other were doing. Diet was cut off for no reason, reinstated when it should not have been, and two nurses at least who put my used urinal jug on my food tray repeatedly. And that doesn’t even begin to touch the issues of the nurse who knows everything even when she was wrong about everything.
It was very outdated not organized & can’t be a little more appealing to the veterans there, the parking there was very overwhelming, The VA here in American lake Lakewood Washington is very helpful as well as the VA here in Seattle Washington

This is the best VA care I've ever had. I love how caring the staff is.
The building and elevators were confusing but everyone was very nice. My doctor was a real sweetheart.
