I've had nothing but bad luck with the Reno VA. Had an ortho there destroy my shoulder with excessive cortisone shots. I'm now dealing with the community outreach program there, having to pay bills they are supposed to have paid. One bill I never even received but it went straight to collections. I'm trying to get my knee looked at now, which is service connected, they told me my primary care doctor could see me in 13 months. they did send me out for a X-ray through the community outreach program almost a month ago and I sti... read more

I have been waiting months for my appointment and suffering. I get a call today for another telephone appointment the last one I waited around for and it never happened. I gave everything to you people for 6 years and that is the best I get. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here. I am deeply saddened to hear about the untimely deaths of 2 health care workers during this unprecedented pandemic. I would not be here today if it wasn't for the amazing staff at this facility.

I love this VA. I've been to several across the country. however today I was treated HORRIBLY. I got yelled at by several staff. people are mean because of this covid-19. i just didn't think I'd experience it here.
I'm so grateful for our VA. without a doubt saved my life. I would not have made it through my addiction without the amazing staff and support
