Just spent 3-4 hours in the VA waiting on some meds for my back. I could barley stand up because of the pain but yet they made me sit for over three hours before they tried to tell me it’s because everyone is on break. For real dc? This is patient care? Y’all care about one thing and one thing only, your paycheck. Pathetic. Bet you take this down to.

I tried to get in touch with the Medical Records Department for 2 weeks. I left a message and my call was never returned. I called back and all their voicemails are full and no one answers. At a Town Hall Meeting I met the Business Manager and she gave me her number so I could “call her anytime if I need help”. I called her, left a message and she never returned my call either.
They killed my Dad 2 yrs ago with there staff of Nurses who cared nothing about helping him...during his stay there were times he had to pee in a Coffee Cup because they ignored his calls...they never bathed him and 5 weeks after a Knee Replacement he contracted an infection....FUCK YOU ALL AT THE DC VA
The VA is threatening to garnish my retirement check for medical bills when I have other health insurance in which the va never billed. I will end my dealings with the va as they charge me way more than my regular insurance company. I really like my doctor at the va.
