What a nightmare! Be warned, this company will try and screw you over at EVERY. SINGLE. TURN. I learned the hard way, they failed to come and fix the issues we had. When it came time to move out and we had questions we were met with such a rude woman on the phone who wouldn't answer any questions and was downright awful. Then when I called back and spoke to Carl he was just as rude, refused to explain or help and kept saying "you didn't do what you were told", like we were children. It has been baffling. I have recently relocated to Raleigh, NC from the West Coast and have been looking for a decent rental property to lease for about a year, until I am settled and start looking to buy. Today I saw a VG Murray & Co Inc. rental property while driving back to work on my lunch hour, so I stopped to write down the Mgmt companys phone number and to peek in the windows to try and get a glimpse inside.
