One of the Best teams I've ever had. I'm always listened to and all issues are addressed.
I was able to make an appointment when I wanted to. The staff are all friendly and I got all my issues taken care of.
My visit with PA Jill Haase was such a positive experience. She was very thorough & asked & answered many questions. Thumbs up to Jill & staff!
I switched my kids to UW Health after hearing great things only to be continuously disappointed. Their lack of concern when my child runs out of medication is disturbing. Numerous times I have sent in requests to have his medication sent to our pharmacy only to receive no return responses. When I reach out for the 2nd time (he is now out of medication), sometimes 3 or 4 times, I am told it was sent to the pharmacy on such and such day. We were never informed of it being sent nor did any of my messages receive any responses. ... read more
