Sandra Brege is an aide for my mom and she’s absolutely amazing and takes amazing care of mom. This agency has been such a blessing and it starts with excellent staff that are the face of this agency
The aide removed my mom from our home and it took me day to find out where she was. I’m still waiting for a supervisor to give me a call regarding the situation.
Looking over the past review this company needs to make some changes in the way they handle customers. The experience my dad has had since Thursday has not been good at all. They are in no hurry to send out an nurse to aid. Do to no help my dad had to call 911 instead . N I will be contacting the social worker who assigns Utopia health care and let them know how disappointed we are with this services.
