I am on my third day of trying to make an appointment for my mom with dementia. I haven’t gotten a return call. They are also unresponsive on Facebook to my message for assistance. It’s hard enough to try navigating healthcare with the dementia process, but UT is completely unresponsive.

The fifth floor nursing staff were so compassionate and caring as my father was placed on hospice care and then passed away a few short days later. They were attentive but not intrusive. They were informative but respectful. They were there for our family's every need, asking frequently if they could do anything for us or get us anything. It was the fasted I have ever gotten in to see a doctor. They were super informative and treated us so well. It was over all a great experience.
