Dr Richard Idell was great. Once he stopped seeing patients it’s all gone down hill. Drive an hour one way and we were just over 10 minutes late and then told the doctor already left because we were a little late. we were his only afternoon patient so he left so he could get started on his long weekend. Guess we’ll be looking for a new doctor.
The people that work here are just wonderful! They are kind, courteous and helpful. Both doctors I have seen are very thorough and caring. Both have a lot of experience and knowledge in their specialty.

I am not sure what yall are doing but you are charging me for medical and I have never had to pay due to I am on Champ VA and Medicare. I think you are trying to make up for all the welfare and illegals. I feel I am being taken advantage of
