Dr. Hishaam Ismael, and staff are fantastic! From the very 1st visit, through my open distal pancreatectomy w/ splenectomy, and follow appts. he and his staff has always been extremely professional! They never diminished what I was going through as it was nothing & always went over and beyond to make sure I was good!!! THANKS DR.ISMAEL AND STAFF
Their call center Sucks, try and get through to a Dr is near impossible. I literally get in my car and go to the Drs office to get things done for my 93 yr old mither!
Their ER is super friendly and super fast.
Great place to go, But, But, when YOU'RE 60s PLUS in age YOU KNOW when you NEED ANTIBIOTICS, DON'T DEPEND ON GETTING THEM PRESCRIBED BY UT OF TYLER 271 AT 155, GOD'S FASTER THAN GETTING ANTIBIOTCS, AN GOD DOESN'T WANT ASK YOU TO SPEND TWO OR THREE HUNDRED IN TESTS TO GET THEM. ISN'T THAT RIGHT DR SANTORA OR IS IT SANDORA😎😎
Dr. Menard is by far the most competent & compassionate physician I have ever had the privilege to work beside and have as my doctor. He can figure things out when no one else can and does so with ease. His bedside manner is one of a kind and he truly takes his time to listen to you. I've always get good service and quick. I got good doctors in all areas.
My wife was in the ER with a broken ankle, the nursing staff and ER Doctors treated her like a queen. No wait at all.
