Their call center Sucks, try and get through to a Dr is near impossible. I literally get in my car and go to the Drs office to get things done for my 93 yr old mither!

Great place to go, But, But, when YOU'RE 60s PLUS in age YOU KNOW when you NEED ANTIBIOTICS, DON'T DEPEND ON GETTING THEM PRESCRIBED BY UT OF TYLER 271 AT 155, GOD'S FASTER THAN GETTING ANTIBIOTCS, AN GOD DOESN'T WANT ASK YOU TO SPEND TWO OR THREE HUNDRED IN TESTS TO GET THEM. ISN'T THAT RIGHT DR SANTORA OR IS IT SANDORA😎😎

Dr. Menard is by far the most competent & compassionate physician I have ever had the privilege to work beside and have as my doctor. He can figure things out when no one else can and does so with ease. His bedside manner is one of a kind and he truly takes his time to listen to you. I’ve been a nurse for 11 years and absolutely trust his judgment. UT Health should be proud of him and the staff he is with.
