The staff here are awesome! They always greet you with a smile and ways go the extra mile. I will never go to another hospital. The behavioral unit is just awesome, not to mention all the nurses and doctors. They make you feel welcomed.

I am on my third day of trying to make an appointment for my mom with dementia. I haven’t gotten a return call. They are also unresponsive on Facebook to my message for assistance. It’s hard enough to try navigating healthcare with the dementia process, but UT is completely unresponsive.

The fifth floor nursing staff were so compassionate and caring as my father was placed on hospice care and then passed away a few short days later. They were attentive but not intrusive. They were informative but respectful. They were there for our family's every need, asking frequently if they could do anything for us or get us anything.
