I went to the ER Saturday evening due to rapid heart beat. I was seen immediately and was admitted for 4 days. I had no insurance, but not one person made me feel bad about that. I was treated just like any patient should be treated. The wonderful nursing staff in the ER, ICU and 5th Floor, and all the doctors were courteous, and just wonderful. We just left the UT Health Center Lindale Clinic and my son saw Robert Fenton, FNP-C. He was so great! He talked with Jaxson, wasn't rushed, did a thorough exam and after he was finished he asked if he could pray for him. ✝ They held hands and he prayed for him right there in the exam room. I've never experienced that before! We are switching all of our primary care needs to this office. GREAT self-pay prices!
Stay away from them! Their billing department has the most retards and incompetents I've ever seen in my life!!! They cannot read right, they cannot bill the appropiate place and on top of that they are a Choice provider which means they should not send no damn bill to the veteran!!!! But even if you tell them where to send the claim they still flood you with bills!!! I hate you UT and never come back there!!!!I never ever experience this level of stupid people in one single place from a hospital!!!
Unprofessional, unfriendly, rude, discourtious. And the hospital cafe is filthy with flies everywhere, including on the food.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!! They are completely unprofessional, nobody has any idea what they're doing, there's no communication between staff, and they DO NOT care about the patients. I was told I have 2 very large tumors that could be cancerous, and the doctor (Dr. Turner) was laughing about how large my tumors are while I had just found out I need surgery and may have cancer!
