Recent ER visit did not go very well and I feel that too much of the information recorded in my patient portal was either wrong or taken out of context in regards to what actually happened. Definite communication issue with a nurse who seemed distracted and was not paying much attention. I've used this facility for years, but after this last visit I'm not sure I feel too good about going there again. Big shout out to Dr. Sharkey!! I forgot to call for some results like they told me to do, thought i would have to wait till monday to find out if my son needed an antibiotic, but he just called me! At 6:30pm, big relief! Thank you!!
Great patient care. Very caring, compassionate, went above and beyond for the family as well as the patient.
This place is usually really awesome. However today we had to deal with a horrible nurse. Nurse Harris was ridiculous! More concerned with my cell phone than my husbands numbness on his right side.... If someone treats you like that ask for a PATIENT ADVOCATE OR ER SUPERVISOR!!!!
My son Kyle Curnutt went there a few years ago for treatment for his cancer Ewing Sarcoma. The doctors, nurses and staff did an awesome job of taking care of my son. Unfortunately Kyle didn't beat his cancer. Thanks and God Bless.
