I have been having lower back pain. I recently had a CT scan and an MRI at Watson Clinic, and they referred me to USF Health. On November 7, 2024, I saw Dr. Torres Gluck. He was very thorough in examining me and reviewing my MRI results. He told me my problem was muscular, and that I did not need surgery (which I was glad to hear). He used a couple of spine models to show me where my problem was, and what treatment I would need. He was very kind and listened to everything I had to say. This is as big a mixed bag as I have ever reviewed. Getting the appointment for my wife setup was a literal nightmare. We were told opposing stories of what was needed (MRI Results) prior to our visit. The left hand did not know what the right was doing, or even close. It took from November 23' to end of February 24' to just get the appointment. And it had nothing to do with the MRI. That was done in October. This was the worst of it.
