This is as big a mixed bag as I have ever reviewed. Getting the appointment for my wife setup was a literal nightmare. We were told opposing stories of what was needed (MRI Results) prior to our visit. The left hand did not know what the right was doing, or even close. It took from November 23' to end of February 24' to just get the appointment. And it had nothing to do with the MRI. That was done in October. This was the worst of it.
