RecommendedMy experience with the used car factory has been great. The new manager was very helpful explaining my loan. Kevin G. was very helpful and He patiently worked with me to get my payments where I wanted them. I went to other dealerships and couldn't get approved because of bad credit. Kevin got me approved and in a truck I wanted. I will be back in the future.
7 times my heat went out. so i am sure when i call there they are going to tell me now i have to pay out of pocket and then two other places said i needed other work done which they said no.. in time i had gotten it, it spent more there at dealer trying to fix it.. so once again no heat , think they need to give me something else this car has been nothing one big headache to me, lost work because of it. they were told i am care giver to my parents and now dealing with my father on his death bed and i have to deal with this p... read more
I was in a bit of a pinch and Kevin Gentry worked with me on short notice, helped me navigate through my financial needs and the same night I drove off in an awesome 2012 Veloster. Would recommend to anyone.
I needed a car that fit into my budget and they found me a car that was perfect for what I needed. Johnny C was very helpful and not pushy at all and the manager was also very nice and helpful with me in looking for the right car. The finance lady was also great. Not your typical car dealership they didn’t swarm like mosquitoes. Definitely would go there again.

Johnny C was great help with the purchase of our latest vehicle. He was always available to answer any questions, and didn't hesitate to allow us to come in close to closing time which was when our schedules would allow. The buying process was quick and smooth and the value offered for our trade-in was more than fair. We would quickly refer Johnny and The Used Car Factory to friends looking to purchase.
