Bought a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and it’s description said it had a keyless entry and a DVD player and it has neither. I was told it was another vehicle but have screen shots of the website and it IS my vehicle but they won’t honor their advertisement

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! We bought an SUV in May 2018. we dealt with Art, who was amazing. However, we have had troubles with it ever since. Here we are a year later, the SUV still hasn't been fixed (correctly) and the manager(Jim) says he will not fix it. the problem was reported within the first 30 days and the SUV has been back to them 8 times since. It is ridiculous to have a vehicle you can't drive due to an issue then dealership is clearly trying to skate around fixing. DO NOT, NOT, NOT, NOT...... GO TO USED CAR FACTORY!!!!... read more

I just made my second purchase from the Used Car Factory. Art was very easy to work with, and I loved his joyful nature. There was no haggling, and I was happy with the price they gave me for my trade-in. I needed some mods made to tow my camper, and they have been very accomodating and helpful. I have bought 3 vehicles from there. They stand by their word. Today I had to go up there for some paperwork close out and they asked me to pick and envelope that contained some cash to donate to a charity of my choice. It was not a small amount. It is going to the Veterans home since I am a vet and I have had family there. You can’t ask for something better than that this time of year. So I definitely recommend them for any used car needs. They will take care of you and others
My experience at the used car factory was great !! I came in with a price in mind didn’t really see anything I liked but Randy Flowers pointed out a 2016 Chevy Cruze and I loved it! He was great to deal with and helping get everything done so I could get a car that night! Thank you Randy for a great experience !
