I am currently dealing with this company and they horrible to deal with. I do owe the amount but it is not in collections. They send their bills after the due date. So can only do it online to make sure your payment gets there on time. They now charge a 4.95 fee for using said website without ever notifying me of this charge. It didn't show up until I actually made the payment. They also told me that if I paid a certain amount that it would stop interest charges. Annoying to deal with.... got the letter for a bill that somehow ended with these guys for collection. Made the payment online via their payment portal. Even after making the payment, didn't receive any confirmation from them for 45 days. So I called them again to make sure my bill is settled. I was told that the payment is released to original agency. And usually they don't send any letter once the payment is settled. Hello???? How do I know you have settled my account? these low life******* demand payment for bills that already been paid ....i owe $ 125.00 for a kaiser bill ...it was paid ..i have the cancelled check from kaiser ....yet these low life still call my house phone leaving messages that everyone can hear ...that i owe the $ 125.00 even though it was already paid .......it seems that these cockroaches that work there never finished high school ....they didn't bother to check with kaiser about the paid bill ....i wonder if a class action law suit can be filled against these low l... read more
