I contacted them today and tried to get more information regarding my balance. The gentleman that took my call was not being understanding or hearing me. When I asked to speak to someone else that would be able to assist me better he hanged up on me and I was not helped by him. I tried calling again, and someone else was able to assist me and I paid my balance in full. I do wanted add. their billing system is confusing. The collection company has repeatedly tried to collect from me on the same Debt over and over again. I paid a late hospital bill with them 2 years ago. Last year they billed me again and I paid them more money. Next thing they did was put it on my credit report as collections .Then again they billed me and I called them . They checked their records and did agree that I did pay the bill. They then removed it from collections . Now they have send me 2 more bills dated back 3 years ago. These bills are already paid off. They claimed there is a collection from Kaiser for $59 and contacted me. They sent to wrong address and didnt even contacted me. I was shocked to see the credit report and paid the collectons eventhough I am not sure but the agent didn't helped me to update the credit report.

Horribly rude lady. Call shows up as "spam risk" on my phone. I ask her what she wants and who this is. Tells me to research the company in my time instead of just telling me what she wants from me. I tell her that I have no problem, but I can't give out personal information for her "confirmation purposes" unless I know who I am speaking to and why. Very very very weird! Very shady and dishonest practices! This lady sounded angry and nasty. I wish her the best ! Beware of this SCAM company people!

I am covered through Kaiser from 2 different parents. Somehow, they are saying I owe upwards of $2000. I have never received any Billings and it does not show up on my KP account. I also never received service from KP besides 2 times. And those were covered. Never received mail saying I had to pay anything or any billing explained or shown to me. Just showed up on my credit report the past couple days.

Received a notice for payments past due from 6 months ago on an account that is paid up to date. States that a negative rating was sent to my credit as well. Unable to reach a rep online.

Recently received 17 new collection accounts from Kaiser Permanente NorCal for $40,382. I have never received an invoice and have do not know what this is regarding. I had Kaiser from October of 2017 through December 31, 2019. From January 1, 2020 I've had Medical, still do because of the pandemic, but back at Kaiser on January 1, 2021. So, first, if I owe Kaiser money it would be for my deductible and that is it. Second, Medical pays for everything if this was after December 31, 2019. Horrible. I am trying to submit a signed letter of authorization from a friend who has asked me to represent him in negotiating a debt claim. I'm told to fax it, and I have done that multiple times but it doesn't go through. I'm told I cannot email it because they don't accept email (!?!) Given the COVID-19 pandemic, I do not want to go to the USPS office to mail this with a return receipt requested form. This organization refuses to take full payment from a surviving spouse. My father passed *** a Kaiser Bill was never paid so we got this notice from USCB. My mother wants to pay it and they refuse to accept payment. I have concluded it's to continue to get the charge high interest. What a shame that even at death when someone wants to make good, these type of outfits are allowed to behave like this with a group like Kaiser. If I can't get this resolved for the peace of mind of my mother, I will file a complaint.
