Deceptive business practices at their core!!! No e-mail or billing trails so every time you call they give you different amounts? No trail so no proof of course. Outrageous interest rates, way above market rates! Funny that they do collection for Kaiser but Kaiser itself states it is a non profit? Kaisers CEO is in the 10 million+ compensation range while average people get prayed on by thees leeches. Way to show the best capitalism has to offer. And of course they keep thriving, why because nobody who matters cares. People ... read more

They sent me a bill for Kaiser Permanente. Only $50 plus interest. I checked Kaiser and found no unpaid balance in the past. According to reviews from other people, they received same kind of bills for Kaiser. This business's address is just a rental private mail box in office building.

The first I heard about a debt that was transferred to them for collection took place when I received a paper copy in the mail and I paid in full 2 weeks later online. I'm "guessing" I must have hit the pay button twice because it withdrew double the debt amount from my bank account. As the original payment was for the full amount, this meant that they owed me $900 back. I just got off the phone with USCB. I have apparently been in collections since November 2019 but received no phone call (they admitted they did have my number), no email (they also had this information), and no letter or anything in the mail (they had my address). I only found out today after applying to refinance my car, which I now cannot do because of the impact this has on my credit. I had been paying Kaiser on a payment plan (before and after November) and at no point did they mention I was in collections. I tried to r... read more

Just found out they have lowered by credit score by posting repeat and duplicate claims. I haven't had kaiser in years and I am currently up to date on all my medical bills. I have never been contacted by these people and they have lowered my credit score by 22 points! REMOVE FALSE AND DUPLICATE CLAIMS! Filing a complaint now.

Horrible is too nice of a word to describe this company. The worst possible customer service and professionalism ever!! The customer service rep do not know how to speak to people. They are so rude. I hate that my bill (that I didn't even know I had) is with this company. SN: the Customer Service Rep by the name of Delia should find a new job since she does not seem to want to serve customers.

I'm getting several robo calls a day from this firm, which apparently legit. But they work hard to make them seem like a scam. The calls ask me to call a given 800 number, without providing any documentation like the name of the creditor, amount owed, or anything that would indicate a legitimate company is behind it.

This company is a fraud. I contacted Kaiser concerning my so -call collections bill and they had ZERO record of me owing them anything! They never contacted USCB before and assured me that this letter was incorrect. I am in the process of getting an attorney to have this collection **** pff of my record!
