Very nice place. Everyone is so courteous and professional. Wait times have been minimal. Thank you Dr. Curtis Harris for a successful surgery on my wrist and Dr. Mark Perry for treating my ankle.
So far it was my first visit. Dr. Scalici is very nice and her staff. Greeting at the door was awesome with a big hug. Feels like things are going to be awesome here. Very friendly and caring atmosphere.
On July 23, 2014 at Mitchell Cancer Institute, my husband rang the bell upon completion of his radiation treatments and is now 3+ years cancer FREE!!! Yay!!! I agree with all the other reviews about the OUTSTANDING staff from the front sidewalk valet to exam/treatment areas both then and NOW. This was my first visit for my grandbaby and they was so professional and friendly. Even with them being trained on a new computer system you really didn't mine the wait. It was very clean.
Normally I 5 star Strada...but the change over to the new computer system was chaotic....we were there 4.5 hours...three+ getting us in the computer and 45 minutes with the doctor. Four hours stuck in a small office with a baby and a 2 year old, not a pleasant experience.
A poor quality of service I am very disappointed in the service and stay out there every time you make a phone call and they put you on hold you stay on hold for 3 hours for one question what is that that's not no good Care Quality Care if you can have it don't go down
