Yesturday was my first visit and the staff was wonderful. The building is very beautiful. I am glad i picked fairhope instead of driving longer ways to mobile.
I honestly have never been to a more disorganized clinic that clearly has no concern for the well being of their patients. I am sure it is not an issue with the physicians, as I have been seeing my doctor since I was 15 and it has never been an issue at other clinics. However, I am confident in saying that the incompetence of communicating with patients ( lab work) is one of the many issues. Went with my mom for treatment. Everyone was so kind lime one big family. The people at the front door with the hugs when you get there and when you leave made my day. Keep up the great things you are doing.
