every time i am at the Mitchell cancer inst. i am always greeted by the valets with a hug. then i check in and they already know me by name. i saw Dr Yan the other day, he is soft spoken, concerned and very intelligent. His nurse Michelle is also very intelligent and precious. she also gives hugs, in fact every one there gives hugs. they make you feel comfortable with this cancer journey you are on. i love them all.
