The service here was excellent and, the staff are amazing. The provider, Dr. Mehdi Taghipour, made me feel very relaxed for such a sensitive procedure of getting a hemorrhoid fixed. The speed between getting an appointment and doing the procedure was very efficient and did not take long to schedule both appointments. During the local anesthesia procedure, the nurses made me feel comfortable and the provider provided information as to what he was doing which made me feel very calm.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mehdi Taghipour for performing my UFE procedure. He is a highly skilled surgeon with advanced expertise, and the surgery was a complete success. What truly touched me was the care I received post-surgery; I received helpful message reminders during the critical first few days, which made me feel supported.
