RecommendedI just moved over to US Storage from another storage 1 mile away. At my previous storage facility I had tried to move to a bigger unit and they refused to give me a price break or pro rate when i had been with them for over 10 years. Very helpful and friendly
Inability to communicate, process autopay late & then charge me late fee's when I've had autopay for ten years, failure to immediately refund overcharge, mice invade my locker due to inadequate pest control, Don't return messages via phone and email. No communication skills and never answer their phone.👎👎👎

I would recommend U.S. Storage. The facility is very clean and reasonably priced. I love that it is month to month.
The manager (Jose Carrasco) was extremely helpful to me in managing my units from across the country during the pandemic. He responded quickly to my requests for information and assistance, explained everything clearly, offered to assist with donation items, and kept a lot of complex information straight regarding items and units with movers. Jarred at AC self storage in Arlington TX is the perfect example of how customer service should be. Great place to rent a storage unit. Very accommodating size and entrance for all types of vehicles and very reasonable pricing. Recommended highly!
Yes, they were very helpful and accommodating even on a Sunday. We felt heard as to what we needed and gentleman in charge helped us with application and gave us all information we needed.
