For a clean, secure facility, friendly staff, and convenient hours of access I recommend US Storage. The Laguna Niguel location on Camino Capistrano is FANTASTIC! I had a great experience with the Staff. Benson and Kyle were very professional. Benson explained everything very clearly. I will definitely recommend this storage center to my friends and family.
The over the phone enrollment process was very easy and within 1/2 hour I received a call from Carlos in the front office at the facility to finalize my sign up. He also made me aware of the loaner truck that was available for use the next day. When I went to the front office to get my space assignment and the keys to the truck, Carlos was again very friendly and helpful He also showed me the space we would be renting and gave me an insert to use with our lock. I recently started renting a unit from the South Bay Redondo Beach Location. My experience was phenomenal! The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for storage solutions! Stephanie did a great job explaining the process, what I would need, and showing me the unit! Very satisfied!
For a secure facility, friendly staff, and convenient hours of access I recommend US Storage. I was previously a customer for 2 years but moved away. I now came back and renting a new storage unit. I came back to US Storage because of the friendly office staff and security of the facility.
