Not a happy camper : ( We live a hour half away (lets just keep this short) parts department called to say our parts were in (that they new had to be ordered and replaced when we bought it) took our camper up to give them 10 days to work on it and we had called and come to find out they don't have the two items that were on the "we owe you" list. If we knew that it was not going to be ready before a holiday weekend we would of schedule service for a later date.
Worst RV experience ever. I was the one dropping the Winnebago brochures at the entry after wandering around the showroom for 10 minutes with absolutely no one offering to show me some coaches Wow. Never seen such a bunch of lazy folks. Shame.
I love my camper but the service in Davenport really sucks....we were camping last year after buying it brand new...a part went bad while I was camping and it took forever to get any help...when they finally came out and helped us it cost us 200.00 which it should of cost us nothing...it was brand new....then we took it in on April 19th for a few parts to be fixed and we still do not have it back and it is May 27th....we have had to cancel 3 camping trips and they don't seem to care at all
