I have to disagree with a few comments on the service department and staff. My wife and I a year and a half ago bought our first travel trailer from US Adventure(Joel). We were not lied to when purchasing the camper and felt the staff was very knowledgeable and energetic about doing what they do. This winter I had to give there service department a fair chance with servicing our camper. They were able to beat the local competition in price and customer service. My husband and I have both called to get basic information about renting an RV. Each time we are put on hold for several minutes only to be transferred to Ryan's voicemail. Unfortunately, Ryan does not return his customers calls. Too bad they are so disorganized. They are losing good customers.☹️
Very unorganized. Service there is a nightmare! Took our Class C there for minor repairs, nothing mechanical. After they changed the oil, somehow we need a new radiator! Didn't get out of Davenport before overheating! Been there for over 3 weeks! No one knows what's going on!! Won't be back!!
Haven't purchased yet, but was very pleased with the no pressure approach to allow us to thoroughly process our decision. Very information, accommodating and looking forward to a possible deal...

Think twice before buying at US Adventure RV unless you enjoy over paying.
Very disappointed! We were there 30 minutes and not a single person said hi or asked if we needed any help. Definitely will not be going back there to buy a camper.
Summer of 2014 we wanted to buy a bunk house camper. We looked at many camper dealers in the area and found what we wanted at US Adventure. While I love my camper I wish we had found it some where else. From the start it has been an unpleasant experience. If I were someone looking now, my advice would be to go else where.
My Father purchased an RV from US Adventure RV and was notified that they fixed the brakes on the RV. He found out half way home that the brakes were not fixed. He was told that they would cover the cost of repairs when he gets home(up to 30 days). My father had to pay over $1200 in repairs and US Adventure RV refused to reimburse him. Would not recommend doing business with these guys!
