We bought a new RV from US Adventure in Oct. 2016 wish we had done our homework on them! A/C went out in less than 2yrs. Their customer service skills SUCK! No one could tell me anything about warranty they were not even willing to try or find out anything for me. I had to call the a/c manufacture myself to find out. Would not reccommend this place to anyone!!
120 mile trip for a confirmed service appointment and they forgot to order the parts. Service manager knew we were FT and could not leave our RV.
RecommendedTodd was great to work with during the purchase of our new 277BHS.
We had to get some unexpected repairs done to our 5th wheel. Joel was very helpful in expediting the process. Mike and his team did an extraordinary job. My wife and I were in and out in a few hours. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this place for its service. Thank you USAdventureRV.
We had a fantastic experience at US Adventure RV! Tim (salesman), Rich (serviceman), Zach (Tech guy) and Kelly (finance lady) made our experience wonderful. These guys really care about your as a customer and want to make sure you're 100% happy with what you're getting and that it meets the needs of your family. Not like some of the other guys out there. Thank you to Miranda and the Parts staff! We were on an extended trip and lost a part to our awning. Miranda coordinated ordering the part and having it shipped to us enroute. It arrived as scheduled and we were able to quickly install for the remainder of the trip. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!
We were in town on mini vacation and we drove by this place and decided to come back and check it out. Not long later we had an appointment set for the next day to get the husband a new hitch. What great service and very helpful. Thanks to Joel and all the guys for such great service. Another gentleman gave us a local repair shop in case we need it. Above and beyond experience. Just spent over an hour wandering around. Saw probably 10 employees, not ONE spoke to us. Not even a hello.
Just say no! Terrible service! We made several phone calls to try and work with them to correct their mistakes. They had way too many excuses for their failures. No one wanted to be accountable! Never again!
