My BRAND new RV has been in their shop for repairs, that never seems to get fixed for over half of the time I’ve owned it. (I bought it brand new off the floor). I’ve used my RV 4 times and it has 1,200 miles. I can’t get any answers from them. They are absolutely horrible. Every time the the work order is “complete” it’s back in their shop with in a week. Don’t not buy from them.

Very welcoming atmosphere and the staff is awsome!! After having a horrible experience at another dealership we ended up driving to US Adventure RV . ...and we purchased our Brand new Camper with them!!!

I am consistently greeted warmly by a friendly lady when I arrive, I deal most often with the service dept performing routine maintenance work, their employees work together to do their absolute best to accommodate their customer appointments and needs.
Very poor workmanship and no quality control
As a sales rep I sit and listen to the the service/parts department answering our customers questions. They treat each customer as if it was their only customer. Full dedication to get the customer taken care whether that is to purchase a product needed or to get you serviced to get back on the road again. I see the pride they take in doing their job on a daily basis. Proud to be apart of a great company.
