Was going to become a new patient here until I spent 10 minutes on hold waiting to make a first appointment and finally hung up. Guess I'll stick with Austin Regional.
I just fired my podietry Dr Ho , this is her 3rd time cancelling my appointment straight. Like what I don't matter? The least the office could have done was schedule me with some other doctor instead of continually cancelling me..I'll just take my money and Good insurance to a doctor office that cares..Not to mention I've already feel this weekend and sprung my ankle waiting on this Dame doctor to put the correct boot on my foot.

Dr. Naidu in Easy Care was incredibly helpful and kind, and I was extremely pleased with her level of care provided. � That being said, the process for an established patient to become a patient with a new doctor is flat-out ridiculous. Going to what equates to urgent care is literally three times more expensive than an office visit on our insurance, but I'm forced to accept the urgent care route here because you won't schedule my family any sooner than a month out for a new patient appointment. Been going here awhile. Tried to make an appointment for urgent care recently and was put on hold for 15min-hung up. Called back an hr later to try again and same deal. Ended up going elsewhere. Usually pretty good, but the appointment system has become worse since the last times I've gone.
