There great and Dr.Chen is great as well. I would think everyone else should plan on going to this wonderful and pleasant place.

Dr Lopez is good with my children, but I will likely be switching due to my experience with staff at the desk and over the phone. I've never been given such a run around or felt so brushed off by a physicians office. Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone willing to hear my feedback has wasted more time than I'm willing to spend on this. Understaffed call centers for medical offices greatly diminish quality of care and customer satisfaction.

The Children's ER is wonderful . . . the staff are kind, caring and efficient. The ER can be a scary place and no child should witness some of the things that occur there in the middle of the night. Thank you for taking such good care of my 'baby.'
