Amazing staff , so helpful and caring.
I went to Urgent Doc in Lufkin today for the first time. I made the appointment online last night for 8:30 this morning for the Rapid Covid Test. I am SO impressed with everything. My app was on time and I was in and out within 30 min. Checking in was a breeze and everyone was professional, helpful, and pleasant. The nurse who did my swab was gentle and fast - I barely felt any discomfort at all. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Went in today. The front desk was really helpful and the nursing staff was wonderful
These folks were some of the kindest medical professionals I’ve ever had. Noggy Jaen was so compassionate I thought he reminded me more of a nurse than a doctor. Then I realized he was a PA. Actually the whole staff was so thorough and thoughtful. I’ll definitely go back never time I need a medical visit.
Excellent service. Took time to listen and respond with good answers. I wish every place I am treated showed the same concern. Very clean and observing all preventive measures from diseases.
My experiences with Urgent Doc in Lufkin have always been great. I highly recommend coming here for your urgent care needs.
This is one of the few facilities I go to for medical needs. They're very cordial, while remaining professional, which is comforting. They seem genuinely concerned with patients where as the large hospitals in town aren't. I'll continue recommending them to friends because if they discover underlying health issues they will provide additional help and contacts for patients.

My husband and I had to go for a Covid-19 test today. The staff was great and I was dreading the test from remarks of some but our Nurse was GREAT! We are blessed with negative results but want to thank Urgent Doc for a pleasant experience!
