They are very responsive, and they explain things well.
Love this place! We use Urgent Doc sometimes in place of our Family Doctor because of my insurance. For illnesses for my kids like cold and cough and even flu it's much easier on my pocket book to use Urgent Doc. The staff is great and I feel like they really listen to me when I have concerns about my kids. Never have had to wait more than 15 minutes to be called to the back and usually we are in and out within 45 minutes total.
Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone. A++
