I had made a reservation when I walked in the receptionist did not look up and acknowledge that I was even there. I waited over an hour my appointment was at at 1130. There was a a gentleman there and he said his appointment was at 1150 he got called back. I asked the receptionist that my appointment was before that gentleman but she said the computer picks who goes next. But I was next of course it was 1230 and noone else was there. The clinic manager has been notified and will be addressing this and providing a refresher on our customer service training. A trip to Urgent Doc and nothing could have been easier. Friendly staff. Great communication skills by each layer we encountered. Greeted by a gentle smile and helpful Tanisha. Short wait before going straight to the room. Lisa gathered the information methodically and inquired about the reason for our visit. Tammy (NP) gave us options and her recommendations. Treatments given and we left confident all things taken care of. Brava ladies! Professional. Polite. Personable.

Tammy the NP was the BEST. I came in from out of town at 8:45pm on a Sunday. they close at 9pm. The whole team was gracious and helpful.
We have used Urgent Doc when our doctors offices are closed. We have never been disappointed.
Special thanks to Tammye Willis and Taneisha for taking GREAT care of our lil man today! They were both so caring and knowledgeable! Highly recommend them!
