The doctor, I believe his name was Robert Standerford, was extremely rude. He looked at me like I was stupid and was not polite at all. I didn't even think he was a doctor because he wasn't in scrubs of any sort. I had never had problems for what I was going in there for, and I don't like to Google things because they lead to assumptions that shouldn't be made. Love this place! We use Urgent Doc sometimes in place of our Family Doctor because of my insurance. For illnesses for my kids like cold and cough and even flu it's much easier on my pocket book to use Urgent Doc. The staff is great and I feel like they really listen to me when I have concerns about my kids. Never have had to wait more than 15 minutes to be called to the back and usually we are in and out within 45 minutes total.
