Love this place! They always get me in fast and take good care of me. When my mom had kidney stones they even called a couple of days later to check on her. The staff is super nice and well-educated! I highly recommend this Urgent Doc.
This was a great visit to the clinic.
Physician Assistant’s statements in the office were not what receptionist rudely told me when I inquired in person as to why prescription had not been called in. I had already previously called once and the receptionist asked me which pharmacy I preferred. No one called me back even though I told them I was waiting at Walgreens when they asked which pharmacy. I have been taking my family and referring many to this place for years, so I am disappointed in the treatment I was given today.
Have always had a good experience at Urgent Doc Nacogdoches. Am taken care of quickly and staff are friendly and efficient.
In addition to the excellent clinical care, I appreciated the convenience of them being open on a late Saturday afternoon and no wait time. Everyone was pleasant and professional and as they said they would I received a call the next day to see how I was feeling. Excellent!!
