Friendly staff, clean facilities, minimal (as in less than 5 min) wait time. Very professional. Was given a steroid shot yesterday... I hoping it makes me better soon cause I am worse today😞No antibiotics though. I'm sure I need them.
My visit yesterday to the Nacogdoches TX Urgent Doc was outstanding. The receptionist was outstanding as was both the nurse and doctor. They new I lived closer to the one in Lufkin and made sure I knew that my records were available at both sites. I had just taken my wife to see Dr. Ferraraccio who recommended this site to treat a wound on my ankle. Both of these medical sites are more professionalized than any medical operations I have ever seen in my 87 years.
